Q. Why is your diffuser so good?
A. In a nut shell.. it smells amazing and it’s made from completely natural and organic products. All fragrant carrier oils for diffusers are made from a whole bunch of chemicals which are inhaled constantly, with mine you get a lovely smell without breathing in any chemicals. That’s as simple as it should be! It comes with 5 reeds, dip them in the oil then turn over. The smell will take a couple days to appear and should last several months. Whenever you think the smell has faded turn the reeds over. Bear in mind, like all diffusers, the larger the room the less noticeable the smell will be. Once the smell does eventually go you can add drops of any essential oil you like and it will come back to life. It is a never ending diffuser, the diffuser that keeps on going! I swear by natural ingredients but there are wildly different levels of quality which effect how well they work. All the ingredients in my diffuser are pure, organic, cold pressed and of superb quality. The reeds are made from high absorption natural fibre and are eco-friendly. Each bottle is individually mixed and hand made by me. It's a beautiful smelling diffuser without any chemical or synthetic interaction.

Q. Are they made from all natural ingredients?
A. Yes all the ingredients are 100% raw, unrefined, pure, natural and organic, and the essential oils are cold pressed. All the ingredients are sustainable and ethically sourced. The reeds are made of high absorption natural fibres.

Q. Are they made with palm oil?
A. nooooo

Q. Are they vegan?
A. Yes

Q. Do I need to worry about allergies?
A. They are made with sweet almond oil so people with nut allergies should proceed with caution.

Q. I am sensitive to fragrance, is there a fragrance?
A. I hope so, as that is the point of a diffuser! It is a lovely mix of sweet orange, lavender, geranium and helichrysum essential oils and in my opinion smells divine.

Q. What size are the bottles?

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use glass bottles with aluminium lids which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The bottle label is 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I order or reserve a diffuser if they are showing as sold out?

A. Absolutely. USA postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me for any other countries.

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
