“I’ve had it forever, I’ve tried everything, nothing works"

I’ve heard this a million times! I understand the frustration of trying numerous remedies without success. I’ve encountered and effectively treated some of the most severe skin and hand issues, bringing relief to so many people who have been suffering for a long time.

Whether you're a builder, teacher, nurse, or hairdresser constantly washing your hands and experiencing unbearable pain from cracked and raw skin, there is hope. everyone can have healthy, smooth, and pain-free skin.

Eczema is a skin condition triggered by dry skin, which you get from water and coming into contact with products like hand soaps, shampoos, shower gels, and face and body creams all containing alcohol. Alcohol is in all skincare brands, including high-end expensive brands, as well as many labelled ‘natural” or “organic’‘. The products you get from the doctor have alcohols, that’s why they don’t work or often make it worse. And also why you react after using a “moisturising” hand or face cream for “sensitive skin”, again making your eczema worse. These alcohols in all products cause havoc with our skin and exacerbate skin issues like eczema, acne, oily t-zone, dry skin, combination skin, wrinkles, rosacea and dermatitis on the face, and usually much larger and more painful areas of eczema or psoriasis on the hands and body. What you apply on your skin affects its health, just like what you eat affects your body.

All my products are 100% natural and free from any alcohol preservatives. I hand make them in small batches with 12-18 months shelf lives, I never sell products with less than a year shelf life.

All my products will work for eczema and all skin issues like sensitive skin, acne, rosacea, itchy, oily or dry skin etc. But for eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis specifically, I recommend a treatment using The Lip Balm and either The Hand Balm or The Body Butter to heal and prevent reoccurrence. These products in tandem have proved to be the best and fastest way to heal.

All three of these products have a waterproof barrier so they dont wash off, they wear off. For example:

The Lip Balm stays on your lips most of the day, you only need apply once or twice a day

The Hand Balm you only need to apply once a day, even washing your hands constantly all day

The Body Butter you only need apply once or twice a week, even showering or bathing doesn't wash it off

These products work in three key ways:

  1. Waterproof Barrier: Skin needs to be kept soft and supple to prevent eczema but water is so drying. Having a waterproof barrier is essential for good skin health and stops water penetrating through and drying out your skin.

  2. Preservation of Ingredients: By forming a protective waterproof layer it prevents all the lovely healing ingredients from washing away, keeping them on the skin healing and moisturising.

  3. Alcohol-Free Products: Gentle and non-drying, my products are free of all alcohols, truly prioritising skin health.

The transformative effects of these products extend beyond healing, they are fortifying the skin against future flare-ups to prevent eczema returning.*

The Hand Balm and The Body Butter are the same product in different sized jars. If you mainly use it for your hands or small areas like cracked heels, go for The Hand Balm as it will last about a year. If you intend to use it on both hands and body, opt for The Body Butter. They are identical besides size, you just get more for your money with the larger body butter. Use a tiny amount as they spread so well, they should not feel greasy—if it does, you used too much.

How to use specifically for Eczema and Psoriasis?

  • For small patches on the face, hands, or body use The Lip Balm multiple times a day for several days up to a week. The Lip Balm contains the highest concentration of the waterproof barrier. it really does “seal and heal”. Once the patches are healed then move on to either The Hand Balm or The Body Butter as preventative treatment to stop eczema returning.

Where the affected areas are too large to start with The Lip Balm, apply either The Hand Balm or The Body Butter several times a day on the sore parts for up to a week. The frequency of application depends on the severity of the condition, but you’re aiming to get to a point where you’re using the products like everyone else– once a day on hands and once or twice a week on the body.

  • For hands, apply twice a day, in the morning and evening, reducing to once a day when the skin feels healthy.

  • For the body, apply daily to sore areas before and after showering. After a week and significant improvement drop down to once a day for another week. As you see improvement without any reoccurrence use it slightly less for another week and, as long as there’s no reoccurrence, keep dropping a day for another week at a time. You should see results fairly quickly and within a month or so have healthy, pain-free skin.

Continued Prevention

I strongly advise you also look the products you interact with daily, which are often overlooked. Here are some suggestions to help prevent eczema returning :

  1. Switch to Natural Soap Bars:

    • Change all the soaps in your household to 100% natural soap bars. You can easily find these on Etsy. However, do check the ingredients do not contain alcohols.

  2. Use Natural Soap at Work:

    • If you have a regular workspace, consider keeping your own natural soap in your work bathroom. I often have an immediate dermatitis reaction from public bathroom soaps as the alcohol content can be so high.

  3. Adjust Hair Washing Routine:

    • Instead of showering, try washing your hair over the bath to prevent chemical-laden shampoos and conditioners from running down your body and potentially causing skin flare-ups. You can also find natural shampoo bars on Etsy.

  4. Avoid Other Hand and Body Products:

    • No matter how fancy or pretty smelling! They will have alcohol in them putting you right back where you first started. Use natural soaps for your body instead of shower gel, and refrain from using bath bombs or pretty-smelling bubble baths. Also think about the face creams you are applying with the palm of your hands, they are very likely to contain alcohols. Think about changing your face products to my alcohol-free, all natural Cleansing Balm and Face Oil.

We do have to live our lives and wash our hands outside the house, so if you do get any flare ups just go back to applying The Lip Balm several times a day to heal them quickly. The Lip Balm is to quickly ’seal and heal’ and either The Hand Balm or The Body Butter are used preventively to keep healthy skin eczema and pain free.

*Psoriasis is different to eczema in that it’s an autoimmune disease that can never be completely cured, often triggered by stress and poor diet, but also by  water and alcohols the same way as eczema. While you cannot eradicate it fully, employing a consistent treatment plan can help manage flare-ups effectively. Using this same treatment plan will heal any flare up and by keeping good skin health with my products it will potentially reduce the frequency and severity of psoriasis episodes.

Everyone deserves great skin!

Loved this! This has been the first stuff that has really helped consistently with my eczema. It smells amazing too
Far and away the best lip balm, heals severely cracked lips and have also used on patches of psoriasis where it works wonders
My sister has psoriasis imbedded in her skin as she has had it for over 30 years. She has been using the lip balm on it and the results have been amazing, the pain has gone and the skin is healing
Excellent stuff! I have eczema and using this on my hands frequently during flare ups really calms it down. I’m also getting far, far, fewer flare ups when using it. It’s genuinely been the best thing I’ve tried and I’m managing to wean myself off the strong prescription steroid cream I had been using
