Q. What is in your Skincare Starter Set?
A. The Skincare Starter Set comes with a half size pot (50ml) of The Cleansing Balm with the matching organic cotton face cloth, and the small bottle of The Face Oil (20ml). This is a great alternative to try my skincare before committing to the full size version of The Cleansing Balm in The Skincare Gift Box. The mini cleansing balm should last you about 3+ months, instead of 7+ months for the full size. The Starter Set comes in a lovely eco-friendly box, wrapped with a pretty twine bow. At Christmas they come with Merry Christmas tags. They are lovely boxes and a wonderful present to give and receive. If you are gifting, it comes boxed and tagged and ready to be given so you don’t need to do anything.

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use aluminium and glass pots which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The labels are all 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes, twine and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I buy from outside the UK?
A. Absolutely. Choose your country and the postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me if your country is not listed.

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
