Q. Why is your cleansing balm so good?
A. Skin is incredibly absorbent so whatever you put on it makes a fundamental difference to how your skin looks, feels and reacts, and this balm is made with wonderful ingredients that melt so easily and feel (and smell) amazing. The beauty of a cleansing balm is that it works for all skin types particularly, dry, sensitive or mature skin, and it’s especially great for anti-ageing as massaging the balm into your face encourages blood flow and helps drain toxins. My cleansing balm is a powerful blend of nine incredible natural products that all do amazing transformative things to the skin. I have spent years using different natural products and mixing my own blends and I believe the blend of these specific ingredients are perfect for removing makeup and treating your skin whatever your skin type or issue. It deep cleanses without stripping skin of oil, help balance skin’s natural oils, keep skin from over-producing oil and will add moisture where needed. It's packed full of nutrients, antioxidants and fatty acids well renowned for their hydrating, anti-ageing and skin healing benefits. I use no carrier oils and no pot space is wasted, each ingredient is chosen specifically for its individual benefits and has not been diluted. They provide a dream list of benefits; hydrating, repairing sun and skin damage, preventing and treating acne, rosacea, redness, eczema and psoriasis, as well as intensely anti-ageing. My balm is noncomedogenic and hypoallergenic and no matter what skin type you will have a clean clear complexion and incredibly smooth, soft skin. I swear by natural ingredients but there are wildly different levels of quality which effect how well they work. All the ingredients in my balm are pure, organic, cold pressed and of superb quality. Each pot is individually mixed and hand made by me. It's an absolute dynamite of goodness to put on your skin, without any chemical or synthetic interaction to counteract their benefits. It also comes with an organic cotton muslim cloth to remove makeup.

Q. What are the ingredients in your cleansing balm?
A. Mango butter, Shea butter, Olive Squalane oil, Calendula Oil, Macadamia Nut oil, Safflower oil, Rosehip Extract, Geranium essential oil, Helichrysum essential oil, Lavender and Sweet Orange essential oil. If you find the balm melts in a very hot room just put in the fridge for a couple hours to firm up again.

Q. Are they made from all natural ingredients?
A. Yes all the ingredients are 100% raw, unrefined, pure, natural and organic, and the essential oils are cold pressed. All the ingredients are sustainable and ethically sourced.

Q. Are they made with palm oil?
A. nooooo

Q. Are they vegan?
A. Yes

Q. Do I need to worry about allergies?
A. Macadamia nut oil is derived from a tree nut, so people with nut allergies should proceed with caution.

Q. I am sensitive to fragrance, is there a fragrance?
A. The distinctive smell is from the geranium, lavender and sweet orange essential oils. However these are not synthetic fragrances or overpowering and in my opinion smell divine.

Q. What size are the pots?
A. 100ml. You don’t need a large amount as it spreads very well, a pot will last a good 7+ months.

Q. How do I use the Cleansing Balm?
A. Massage a small amount onto your (dry) face and then remove with the hot damp muslim cloth (cloth is provided).

Q. What are the muslin cloths made from?
A. My muslin face cloths are 100% Soil Association and GOTS certified organic, completely unbleached and undyed cotton. Organic cotton is super-breathable and gentle on the most sensitive skin. The double layered netted texture gently exfoliates whilst cleansing and are fantastic at opening up pores for a deep clean. The cloths can be rinsed and left to dry, and machine washed (some shrinkage may occur at 90 degrees). Try washing at a lower temperature or pull into shape when they come out of the wash. Organic cotton protects producers, the environment and your skin, by doing away with the need for chemical pesticides. The Cleansing Balm comes with one muslin cloth, if you would like to buy any additional cloths send me an email. They are £5 each.

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use aluminium pots which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The pot label is 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes, twine and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I buy from outside the UK?
A. Absolutely. USA postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me for any other countries.

Q. Can I order or reserve a cleansing balm if they are showing as sold out?

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
