Q. Why is your hand balm so good?
A. The magic of my hand balm is that it makes skin so soft and keeps them soft as it really heals dry, sore, chapped hands, and once healed using the Hand Balm just once a day will keep them soft and smooth, even washing them all day. It’s made with a natural waterproof barrier that stops water from removing the balm when you wash your hands, so all the wonderful healing ingredients really get the time to work and do their magic. There are no alcohols in the ingredients to dry your skin out, and the waterproof barrier also stops water penetrating through and drying out your hands when you wash them. If you have dry, sore hands and you wash your hands a lot this is the hand cream for you, as it stays on all day. It’s made with wonderful ingredients that melt so easily and feel (and smell) amazing. It spreads incredibly well so you really do only need a very small amount, a nail size amount is enough for both hands, so a jar should last about 10 months+. If you use a small enough amount it absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy or sticky feeling.. if it feels greasy you’ve used too much! It really does stay on all day, you only need to use it ONCE a day! If you have incredibly dry, cracked hands from washing your hands all day (like many nurses, teachers, chefs, builders, hairdressers and gardeners) this is the cure for you. Each ingredient is chosen specifically for its individual benefits and has not been diluted. I swear by natural ingredients but there are wildly different levels of quality which effect how well they work. All the ingredients in my balm are pure, organic, cold pressed and of superb quality. Each pot is individually mixed and hand made by me. It's an absolute dynamite of goodness to put on your skin, without any chemical or synthetic interaction to counteract their benefits. It truly is the best hand cream ever!

Q. What are the ingredients in your hand balm
A. Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Calendula Oil, Rose Hydrosol, Arrow Root Powder, Lavender and Sweet Orange Essential Oil. If you find the balm melts in a very hot room just put in the fridge for a couple hours to firm up again.

Q. Are they made from all natural ingredients?
A. Yes all the ingredients are 100% raw, unrefined, pure, natural and organic, and the essential oils are cold pressed. All the ingredients are sustainable and ethically sourced.

Q. Are they made with palm oil?
A. nooooo

Q. Are they vegan?
A. They are made with beeswax which is not considered vegan.

Q. Do I need to worry about allergies?
A. They are made with both shea butter and sweet almond oil so people with nut allergies should proceed with caution.

Q. I am sensitive to fragrance, is there a fragrance?
A. There is a faint honey smell from the beeswax, along with sweet orange and lavender essential oils. However these are not synthetic fragrances or overpowering and in my opinion smell divine.

Q. What size are the pots?
A. 60ml. It spreads very well, you need only a very small amount, smaller than you think, a nail size amount is enough for both hands. A jar should last a very long time, 10+ months.

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use glass jars with aluminium lids which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The jar label is 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I order or reserve a hand balm if they are showing as sold out?

A. Absolutely. The postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me for any other countries not listed.

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48..
