Q. What is in your Lip Gift Set?
A. The Lip Gift Set Box comes with The Lip (Gloss) Oil and The Lip Balm (reduced at half price). It comes in a cute mini stamped gift bag, and at Christmas it comes with lovely eco-friendly ‘Merry Christmas’ tag. They are very pretty and a wonderful present to give and receive.
Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use aluminium and glass pots which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The labels are all 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes, twine and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
Q. Can I buy from outside the UK?
A. Absolutely. The postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me for any other countries not listed.
Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
