Q. How does your Gift Card work?
A. The Gift Card is an ideal way to gift someone the option to choose their own natural products. Please purchase the amount of your choosing and send me the name of the recipient and I will send either you or the recipient a personalised online voucher with it’s own personal code to be used within six months. Please note postage is not included with any Gift Card under £100. Over £100 comes with Free Shipping. Please feel free to contact me to order a custom amount Gift Card.

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:
A. Hell no! All my packaging is very eco-friendly. I use aluminium and glass pots which are 100% recyclable, non-toxic, sustainable and exceptionably durable. The labels are all 100% biodegradable. The protective wrapping, envelopes, boxes, twine and packing tape are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I buy from outside the UK?
A. Absolutely. The Gift Card can be purchase and used from anywhere in the world. Please note postage is not included with any Gift Card.

Q. How long until my emailed Gift Card arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually create it within 1 day but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through.
