Q. Why is The Gloss so good?
A. For dry lip sufferers The Gloss will change your life! I have never been able to wear any kind of lip product without my lips cracking by the end of the day. The alcohol and preservatives in all lip makeup cause a severe dry lip reaction which crack and take weeks to heal. My lip gloss has no alcohols, no chemicals and no synthetic fragrances. It is completely natural and will not make your lips dry. It will actively moisturise them and keep them so soft as well as leaving a beautiful shine with a hint of colour. It’s not too sticky, it’s not too wet, it’s not gloopy, it’s just a lovely gloss that really complements your own lips, while intensely hydrating them at the same time. If you’re not a dry lip sufferer like myself, but want to use natural ingredients this is the lip gloss for you. You would not believe the amount of chemicals in lipstick and lip glosses that we put on our mouths that are incredibly bad for us, our health and hormones, and also cause ageing lip lines on and around the mouth. The Gloss is great at prevent ageing lip lines, it’s also safe enough to eat. The Gloss is also beautiful over lipstick, I would recommend using The Lip Balm underneath to protect your lips and keep your lipstick staying on much longer.

Skin, especially our lips, is incredibly absorbent so whatever you put on it makes a fundamental difference to how your skin looks, feels and reacts. Choosing natural products over chemicals and synthetic fragrances is always better for your skin, hormones and general well being. I use no synthetic ingredients, no space is wasted and each oil or ingredient is chosen specifically for its individual benefits. The Gloss tube is handy, portable and easy to use. You can take it everywhere with you and use throughout the day for a quick top up at any time. There are no artificial fragrances so there are no overpowering smells. I swear by natural oils and balms but there are wildly different levels of quality which affect how well they work. All the oils and ingredients in my products are pure, organic, cold pressed and of superb quality. Each tube is individually mixed and hand made by me.

Q. What colour is The Gloss?
A. It’s a sheer gloss with a slight soft pink undertone. It enhances your own natural lip colour perfectly, and goes well over all lipstick colours.

Q. Are they made from all natural ingredients?
A. Yes all the ingredients are 100% raw, unrefined, pure, natural and organic, and the essential oils are cold pressed. All the ingredients are sustainable and ethically sourced.

Q. Do I need to worry about allergies?
A. They are made with sweet almond oil so people with nut allergies should proceed with caution.

Q. I am sensitive to fragrance, is there a fragrance?
A. There are no synthetic fragrances , There is a slight citrus smell and taste from the Litsea Cubeba essential oil which is not strong or overpowering.

Q. Is there any plastic in your packaging:

A. All my packaging is very eco-friendly and 99% plastic free. However it is impossible to find plastic-free lip gloss applicators. The tubes are made from 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. The label is 100% biodegradable. The tissue paper wrapping is made from recycled paper and is both biodegradable and compostable. The padded postage envelopes are made entirely from paper and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. The gift boxes are also 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Q. Can I order or reserve a lip gloss if they are showing as sold out?

A. Absolutely. The postage price will show when you enter your address. Please contact me for any countries not listed.

Q. How long until my order arrives?
A: Thank you for your purchase! I usually ship within 1-3 days but it’s possible it may take longer if I am away filming. If that’s the case I will let you know when your order comes through. Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.

Q. I love my lip balm and lip gloss, it's cured all my dry lip problems, can I share your instagram/ future sales with friends when they go up?
A. Yes, please do! Advise any fellow suffers to stop using store bought lip balms, lipstick and gloss, they ALL contain alcohol which cause the suffering, Continued application only makes it worse. Dry lips unite!
